WELCOME!
I’m glad you are taking advantage of this website! I have added many items which can help you be more successful in class, including weekly assignments, links to helpful websites, and ways to contact me with questions. I check my email daily Monday though Friday during the school year. In case you missed class, click on the “While You Were Gone” link at the top of this page. I am confident you will be successful when you supply the effort, a positive attitude, and responsibility.
-Mr. Sterner
Homework Expectations:
Almost all assignments are due at the beginning of the next class period. They are considered late if finished anytime after that. I will provide feedback for opportunities for improvement when turned in on time.
My policy on late work:
• Work is due when it is due. If not done on time, you lose the option to re-do or improve your work after feedback is given.
• Late work not accepted after two weeks from due date.
• Make up work from being absent will be 2 days for every day missed, as per OMS guidelines.
Our Classroom Expectations:
1) Be Respectful: Treat others as you would like to be treated.
2) Be Responsible: Be prepared!
Turn in assignments on time.
Come to class with charged computer.
3) Be a good listener: Listen closely to directions. The best listeners use their eyes and ears while listening.
4) Be your best: Supply your best effort always.
